Job Summary & Responsibilities

As a key member of our hauling team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transport of materials to active construction sites, quarries, and dump sites.

• Expert Hauling: Operate dump trucks and end dumps to transport and unload aggregates, sand, rock, chat, and hot-mix asphalt.
• Terminal & Quarry Logistics: Execute timely deliveries to various dump sites and material terminals with precision.
• Support Construction Operations: While the primary focus is material hauling, you will provide occasional equipment transportation for our construction division as needed.
• Safety & Compliance: Conduct thorough 30-minute pre-trip and post-trip inspections. We pride ourselves on having the safest, cleanest fleet on the road.
• Vehicle Care: Maintain fluid levels and keep your truck interior professional and trash-free.
• Accountability: Check in with your Lead or Foreman at the end of every day before heading home to verify all tasks are complete and get authorization to leave.
• Modern Tools: Use the TCP and Pantera apps for simple, accurate timekeeping and documentation.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A (Required).
• Drug-Free Workplace: Must be able to pass a pre-hire drug test and remain compliant with DOT testing regulations.
• Excellent Driving Record: Must be approved by our insurance and pass a pre-hire driving test.
• Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment.
• Current Medical Card.
• Safety Mindset: Strong understanding of DOT regulations and a commitment to safe driving practices.
